During my Easter break, I had the chance to stay at a hotel that had some positive aspects. it was great that the room had good lighting and was kept clean. the location was really convenient since it was close to some key attractions. Lastly, it was nice to have a good variety of options to choose from during breakfast every morning, especially since I'm a vegetarian.
There were a couple of negative aspects I experienced during my stay. the exterior of the property wasn't very appealing, and the stairs were quite steep and difficult to climb with all my luggage.

Great location, walking distance to many attractions and nice restaurants. Friendly maids always made our room sparkling clean. the breakfast spread was delicious and we appreciate that they had vegetarian options.
The outside appearance of the hotel was uninviting and unwelcoming. the steep staircase to reach the reception area and rooms was a major inconvenience.

The hotel's location was superb, with many attractions within easy reach. the staff was always helpful and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable. the room was small but clean and comfortable. the bathroom provided warm water at all times and was kept immaculate. breakfast was varied and delicious, with vegetarian options available.
The lack of owner or management presence was an issue, and the maids had to deal with payment problems which led to some confusion and inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the helpful staff who did everything they could to assist us, the clean and well-lit room with a comfortable bed, and an excellent breakfast selection that filled us up for the day. Additionally, the location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore this beautiful city.
Not one thing was negative about our stay.
